Barista Co delivers one on one barista training in Brisbane. Better yet, Barista Co offers work experience to those who undertake the course, giving participants a much-needed foot in the door. Barista Co goes beyond training – they also offer those from the course guidance when applying for jobs, a letter of recommendation and a reference on their resume. People who take this course will leave with a lot more than a better understanding of coffee!

Rather than training big groups, Barista Co offers one on one training. This means attendees can go at their own pace, will be coached the whole way through and have the time to ask any questions.

Patch Agency has worked with Barista Co since its inception, bringing our expertise to develop the brand image, collateral materials, marketing strategy, and launch the business into the Barista Training market. Patch Agency has been working to generate the brand image and branded content to support this, as well as providing a complete digital marketing audit of Barista Co., including web channels and social media.

From web development to social media, Patch Agency has worked with Barista Co to create custom content and a complete marketing strategy to help Barista Co. reach new clients and build a strong digital brand image.

Project Scope

GRAPHIC DESIGN AND BRANDING

Patch Agency has worked with Barista Co to redesign their website and brand. This has allowed the brand to be completely aligned, with the same imagery across the website and social media accounts. Physical marketing aids were also designed and produced, such as posters, promo cards, brochures and booklets. Patch Agency also produced video content and undertook a photoshoot for Barista Co.

Patch Agency’s work didn’t stop with graphic design. Patch Agency designed a social media strategy for Barista Co, which allows for more brand awareness and increased traffic through to the website.

Patch Agency created custom photographic content for Barista Co. to build the brands’ organic presence on social media. From this, Patch Agency was able to assist in generating and content calendar, posting, and generating engagement on social media platforms.

DIGITAL MARKETING

Patch Agency created a digital marketing strategy for Barista Co in order to ensure their website and ad campaigns achieve the most success possible.

Barista Co’s main focus was building the brand, its authority, and grow its potential course student roster of university student’s as well as hospitality workers in Brisbane.

Barista Co has three marketing objectives: attract, delight, and engage. Patch Agency focused on the appeal and recall, aimed to amuse and inspire the target audience, and ultimately cause them to engage and take action. Using these three marketing objectives, we were able to map out the customer journey and optimize this for maximum conversions.

Patch Agency undertook PPC advertising campaigns on social media in order to increase brand awareness and bookings. Patch Agency also implemented tracking on the Barista Co website and social media accounts in order to track traffic flow and conversions.
