At Patch Agency, we treat our clients like family. You will work directly with our digital marketing specialists and will always be able to contact our team.

Our Brisbane graphic design team will work closely with you at the initial consultation to ensure that the overall visuals and concepts of the design match exactly what you are looking for, to ensure we have an aligned vision. We understand that inspiration can strike at any time and as such modifications to the agreed upon design may need to happen. Our contracts specify two rounds of feedback are included in the initial scope of work, any additional changes after these feedback rounds will be at an hourly rate.

It will depend on the contract you signed. This will state whether there are is an allocation of time for revisions, and if so what the level of amendments can be done. Most fixed price contracts will stipulate one major and two minor changes allowed, if you are paying the graphic designer on an hours rate then you may need to pay extra.

The files you receive from your graphic designer will be in the format that best suits the intended use. For example, if the final product is for print your designs will be sent over as a PDF, if they are images or logos, they wil be in a PNG format. You will not receive the working files for individual elements unless previously agreed upon with your graphic designer.

Graphic design requires an in-depth knowledge of UX/UI, a strong understanding of colour theory, consumer psychology, marketing and the ability to visualise, conceptualise and articulate ideas in a concise manner.
